I’m currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a well-regarded construction company based in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for someone local who brings strong subcontractor management skills and solid working knowledge of QBCC requirements. The role involves managing new build projects up to $10M across sectors such as education (Department of Education), childcare, and mixed-use commercial developments. Experience with ECI, D&C, and Cost Plus contracts is essential. What we’re looking for: 3–5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role Strong track record and stability in previous roles Confident using Microsoft Project and Procore Ability to drive programs, manage budgets, and work closely with clients and consultants You'll be joining a genuinely supportive and down-to-earth team that values collaboration, clear communication, and looking out for one another.
