Join a growing NDIS provider as a Rostering Consultant We’re looking for a Rostering Coordinator to join our passionate team where every day is an opportunity to make a real impact. As a Rostering Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations – the key link between our dedicated direct support staff and the people we support through NDIS and Aged Care programs. Your Role Will Include: Creating and managing rosters that align with staff availability, award requirements, and individual care needs Handling scheduling-related communications and changes Supporting staff during shifts and ensuring service delivery runs smoothly Keeping participants and their families informed about changes to their services Working collaboratively with our Care Team Manager to address workforce needs Helping with the intake process for new clients Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders What You’ll Bring: Essential: Experience in a scheduling or rostering role Strong time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure Excellent communication skills – great phone manner is a must! A balance of admin know-how and customer service skills Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems A team-first attitude and natural problem-solving abilities Desirable: Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or Community Services Experience in NDIS or with the SCHADS Award is a bonus ✅ You’ll Need To Have (or be willing to get): Working With Children Check Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check COVID-19 vaccination (per government guidelines) Current Driver’s Licence Australian work rights We value inclusion, compassion, and service excellence.
