They’re on the lookout for a passionate and commercially-minded Cluster Manager to oversee 4 retail stores in the Eastgardens region. This full-time role is perfect for a senior store leader or existing multi-site manager ready to take ownership of team performance, customer experience, and sales growth. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll work closely with your store teams to drive results while also supporting long-term growth and leadership capability. Lead, coach and motivate teams across 4 store locations Inspire teams to exceed KPIs, budgets and profit goals Analyse performance reports to make informed commercial decisions Drive exceptional in-store customer experience Support your Store Managers with structure, feedback and guidance Manage your time effectively across stores and operational tasks What do you need: Experience in a similar Cluster Manager, Multi-Site or Senior Store Manager role Proven ability to lead and support multiple teams to achieve commercial outcomes Strong leadership, coaching and development skills Confidence giving clear, constructive and motivating feedback Great time management and multi-tasking abilities A hands-on leadership style with a passion for customer excellence If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
