Job Description: The Role Reporting locally to the Manager of Corporate Services in Sydney and globally to the Manager of Broadcast Operations in the US . T his role requires collaboration with a variety of departments and stakeholders, locally and globally, in managing all aspects of an in-house production studio and purpose built event space , ranging from the planning and configuration of broadcast s and live events , to overseeing and troubleshooting the live production environment. The role will also be responsible for managing several AV and VC facilities across the firm’s domestically located offices. Responsibilities: Responsible for the operational management of the broadcast studio for webcasts , Forum space and boardrooms for events, video recordings and presentations Responsible for managing and troubleshooting audio mixing, video switching and routing Assist in the planning and execution of technical upgrades for current and future projects Organise the installation of various audio, visual and lighting equipment as needed Full technical responsibility for in-house video conferencing and meeting rooms Proactive maintenance of all audio-visual and broadcast equipment including software, arranging servicing with vendors as Management of External vendor and contractor relationships Providing remote support to global offices as Act as liaison to Events team and manage hotel AV providers for any broadcast and audio-visual needs relating to off-site conferences and events Video editing for internal recordings Ad hoc duties as Desired skills and Experience: Experience within a live television news broadcast environment ideal, or similar Minimum 2- 3 years experience in a similar role Experience within a corporate environment preferred Some knowledge and experience working with audio visual systems, video switching, audio mixing, routing, lighting, camera operation within a corporate or studio environment Familiarity with non-linear editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines A bility to work in a team environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure consistent quality Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and activities Dimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.
