In this role, you'll tackle complex platform-wide design challenges, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and help shape a culture that values experimentation, initiative, and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity. We're seeking a designer with strong design thinking skills-someone who's comfortable framing ambiguous problems, mapping user journeys, and iterating rapidly in low fidelity before evolving ideas into intuitive, elegant wireframes and polished solutions. What you'll do: Lead the design of flagship mobile apps on iOS and Android Own end-to-end design projects across the full lifecycle Using research and testing to inform evidence-based design decisions Build and test interactive prototypes to validate design thinking Apply inclusive design principles to ensure accessibility for all users Use and contribute to a robust mobile design system Present design concepts and customer insights to stakeholders and cross-functional partners Mentor junior designers, championing a culture of growth and collaboration What you'll bring: We're seeking a designer with strong design thinking capabilities-someone who's confident in framing complex problems, mapping intuitive user flows, and rapidly prototyping in low fidelity before translating ideas into thoughtful, high-impact solutions.
