Job Description We’re seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner for a 12-month parental leave contract to join our People & Culture team in our Brisbane or Maroochydore offices. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will align with senior property leaders across Minor Hotels’ Australasia portfolio to drive strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. Your leadership will empower teams, ensure compliance, and lead projects to enhance engagement and performance, fueling organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic HR support to property leaders in talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. Lead HR initiatives to achieve Scorecard and Engagement KPIs. Coach managers to foster a collaborative, innovative culture. Ensure compliance with HIGA, including award interpretations and penalty rates. Drive talent development to support Minor Hotels’ growth objectives. Champion WHS compliance, incident reporting, and safety training.
