Job Description As a Rehabilitation Counsellor at Benchmark Rehab, you will play a crucial role in supporting a diverse range of clients helping them to regain their lives, whilst building a breadth of experience. Clients seek support from the team at Benchmark Rehab through multiple schemes, including: CTP Insurance: Assisting clients involved in motor vehicle accidents to regain their quality of life. Life Insurance: Supporting individuals to overcome physical and mental health challenges and resume their daily activities. Working outside of the workers compensation scheme you will have the opportunity to innovate and work more closely and creatively with your clients. Our Rehabilitation Counsellor will be responsible for assisting a caseload of clients to participate in employment or education, or to live independently and access services in the community. Discipline specific services will include but are not limited to: Vocational Counselling services to support rehabilitation progress and return to life and return to work outcomes Health coaching including goal setting, stress management, adjustment to change, building resilience etc Conducting Vocational Assessments Complex case management and disability support services to assist clients to achieve their return to life, return to education and return to work goals.
