As the Duty Manager, you will take charge on shift and handle guest matters like pro. Be passionate, be quirky, and model the service that 25hours is know to deliver in their cities. What does your workday look like … Come as you are and always have fun with our people every day; Lead by example and inspire the team to perform at their best; Take care of resource planning, manage the team, and support your team’s development in collaboration with the Rooms Division Manager; Make sure that the roster of duties is completed fairly, on time and with an eye on business; Ensure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception, and that the admin processes for the team run perfectly; Be available throughout the day as a contact person for all our guests’ needs; Effectively communicate across all areas of the hotel and know what’s happening in the venues; Keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan; Lead by example and show the team how passionate and quirky service looks like.
