The Role: We're seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Town Planner to lead diverse urban projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development. This is a key role for a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment and is passionate about shaping the future of WA’s urban landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and delivery of statutory planning applications and strategic planning advice Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Provide expert written and verbal advice to clients, authorities, and key stakeholders Present at panels, tribunals and community or regulatory forums as required Mentor and support junior planning staff, providing clear guidance and feedback Build strong relationships with clients, government bodies, consultants, and community representatives Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and client engagement strategies About You: Tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning.
