What You Bring: ✔ 5 years of Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management experience, ideally from a Victorian WorkSafe agent or related setting. ✔ Deep technical understanding of Victorian Workers’ Compensation legislation and scheme operations. ✔ Strong client-facing, leadership and commercial development skills. ✔ Desire to blend consulting, service delivery and business development—50/50 hands-on and strategic. ✔ Relevant qualifications in Risk, Injury Management or Auditing (valued but not essential). ✔ Melbourne metro travel flexibility.
