Oversee the team of Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists to ensure the delivery of patient-centred, evidence-based treatment plans Mentor and provide clinical supervision to graduate Exercise Physiologists to support their professional development Assess clients, design and implement tailored exercise programs to address their specific health and fitness goals Collaborate with other allied health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery Is this the right role for you? Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related allied health field with minimum of 3 years' experience Demonstrated expertise in the assessment, design, and implementation of evidence-based exercise programs for clients with a wide range of medical conditions Proven leadership and mentoring skills to effectively manage and develop a team of Exercise Physiologists Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Current driver's license, Ochre Card, First Aid and CPR NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
