We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Event Coordinator with a passion for Sales Support - or perhaps you have strong sales support experience and are eager to also manage events. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding events from start to finish, while working in close partnership with the Sales team across APAC and EMEA to drive efficiency and meet business goals. Reporting to the Managing Director, Rest of World, this position offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time. Whether you're experienced in event coordination or have a sales-driven mindset, we are looking for someone who has a high level of attention to detail and will thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment. As an Event Coordinator/Sales Support Specialist with Forsta, you will be responsible for: - Marketing Events : · Plan and deliver 3-4 local events in Australia, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to completion. · Ensure strong alignment between sales and marketing. · Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, industry experts, suppliers, and key partners. · Manage and coordinate logistics, procurement, and budgets. · Identify and mitigate risks for smooth event operations. · Lead event evaluations to measure success and improve future events. - Sales Support/Enablement for APAC and EMEA : · Collaborate with local teams to put measures in place and reach goals. · Follow and suggest key processes and business initiatives to assist the sales team in meeting goals. · Maintain and ensure the hygiene of Salesforce data. · Optimize and improve workflows and processes. · Support the analysis of performance metrics data. · Align TAL territory with sales and marketing teams. · Assist with Salesforce reporting and dashboard management. · Support the onboarding of new sales personnel. · Optimize enabling technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and 6Sense. · Continuously research and stay knowledgeable about industry trends and competition. · Provide sales support for ad hoc requests such as bid responses and presentation creation. What’s in Your Tool Kit : · Event Management Expertise : 3 years of experience managing and delivering large-scale, high-profile events, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals are met. · Experience in the IT field/SaaS is a must · Technical and Project Management Proficiency : Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously with technical expertise and efficiency. · Sales Support : An understanding of sales operations, business analysis, or sales support is a plus · Stakeholder Management : Proven experience in supporting stakeholder relationships, overseeing procurement processes, and mitigating risks. · Self-starter and Adaptable : Highly adaptable and proactive, capable of working independently while remaining accountable for outcomes. · Communication and Collaboration Skills : Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for navigating dynamic environments and solving problems effectively. · Organizational Skills : Highly organized and detail oriented, able to meet deadlines · Problem Solving : Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
