Required Skills Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in government procurement (Commonwealth) specifically the preparation and review of procurement documents including: approval documents, requests for quote, evaluation reports, work orders and purchase orders Proven experience leading and managing procurement processes (e.g. ICT assets, systems integration providers, services consulting) Experienced in developing and managing supplier contracts and resolves problems using vendor and procurement management expertise Demonstrated knowledge and experience of government procurement, legislation and organisational procurement policies to conduct ICT vendor management Ability to prepare procurement documentation, undertake sourcing strategies, and support evaluation and client contract negotiation Analysing cloud spending, identifying cost savings opportunities and implementing cost optimisation strategies Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Understands the commercial IT environment Must hold and maintain a minimum NV1 clearance Must satisfy a Nuclear Mindset Suitability Assessment (NMSA) Criteria The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified.
