About the role: My client is a leading infrastructure provider specialising in delivering and pricing a diverse range of tier 1 and 2 projects. Key Responsibilities: Accurately estimate the cost of civil infrastructure projects, including earthworks, roads, drainage, structrues, major road and rail. Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements. Analyse tender documents and identify potential risks and opportunities. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary data and information for estimating. Utilise estimating software and tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and pricing standards. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil estimating. Strong understanding of civil construction processes, materials, and equipment. Proficiency in estimating softwares Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
