This role will allow for autonomy, a fast paced customer service role, ability to work for a multinational enterprise all whilst being competitively remunerated, potential for permanency and work in their national head office. Your new role Your new role will see you reporting to the National Service Manager, working 8:00am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday, no overtime. Your new role will see you liaise with customers to facilitate the timely and efficient provision of products and services and provide operational support for the Customer Care Centre including clerical and administrative responsibilities. With training provided you will be equipped to excel in your role with the right support from the get go. Your main duties will see you; Communicating with Service Teams and Managers on jobs, allocating accordingly; Initiating service reports and assess response times, relevant invoicing, and credit terms being met; Operating as first point of contact for service customers and overall operational support; Ordering spare parts through SAP ERP based system; Consolidating backlog and ensuring all customer requirements are up to date; and Maintaining utmost urgency whilst adhering to breakdown requests & prioritising excellent customer relationships. What you need to succeed 3 years in a prior fast - paced Service Coordinator role, along with being target driven; Ability to multi – task priorities, excellent phone manner and good customer service skills; Demonstrated PC Skills & MS Office Suite (SAP is advantageous) Excel, Outlook, Word); Year 12 Senior Secondary Certificate of Education; Ability to work in office full time, Wetherill Park based, and ability to prioritise tasks as needed autonomously.
