Field Service Technician – Be the Expert Behind Clean, Filtered Water What You’ll Be Doing: We’re on the lookout for a motivated Service Technician to join a growing team focused on filtered boiling and chilled water systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems, and delivering top-level service. You’ll be: Servicing, maintaining and repairing advanced water filtration systems in the field. Troubleshooting with the help of service manuals, diagnostic tools and your own know-how. Carrying out on-site assessments and identifying the best solutions for each client. Coordinating with our scheduling team to ensure seamless service and follow-ups. Representing the business with professionalism and a customer-first attitude. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in field service — especially with water filtration, coffee machines, or similar appliances. A valid driver’s licence and comfort travelling across metro and regional areas. Strong fault-finding skills and a solutions-focused mindset. Confidence dealing with customers and a commitment to quality service. A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Additional Requirements: Full COVID-19 vaccination is required in line with customer and safety protocols.
