We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join a high-performing team for a 3-month contract to assist with EOFY reporting and compliance . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance who can hit the ground running and support the business through this critical period. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and statutory filings; Support budgeting and forecasting across multiple group entities; Track project milestones and financial performance through dashboards and metrics; Reconcile journal entries and intercompany charges; Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure accurate depreciation; Assist with tax returns and compliance with debt covenants; and Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to policies. What you'll bring: Proven experience in financial accounting, ideally in a multi-entity environment; Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams; CPA/CA qualified; and Ability to hit the ground running and adapt to a dynamic environment.
