We have an opportunity for a Senior Development Manager to join our Sydney team aligning to a large-scale luxury apartment project . You will manage the project team, the delivery of property development opportunities and in projects in accordance with the strategic group and divisional objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare project strategy. Review and oversee complex and or multiple Development Briefs, Programmes, Feasibilities and Risk and Opportunity schedules. Write formal business letters, correspondences and reports. Identify and manage Risks and Opportunities to optimise outcomes. Develop and implement appropriate management policies, systems and processes sometimes extracurricular operational items. Exemplary expertise in understanding legal aspects and obtaining authority approvals. Actively manage and develop people across larger and/or multiple teams. Your point of difference You will be professionally qualified with significant experience managing large scale luxury apartment delivery. You will have solid commercial / legal / financial acumen with an in-depth knowledge of procurement, planning and value management. You will have a well development leadership capability, with experience managing and developing teams, providing guidance for technical and people management matters, along with conflict resolution experience in project and people management. You will have the ability to build relationships and manage all levels of stakeholders and be comfortable with situations dealing with ambiguity and complexity.
