Hybrid work arrangements (WFH Meadowbank) Flexible work arrangement, can work anywhere in NSW PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: You will be responsible for analysing student management systems and product and service delivery data, producing business performance reports, periodic dashboards and responses to ad-hoc data requests to inform management decision making and measure progress against key functional and organisational strategic and operational objectives and deliverables. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess corporate, regulatory and business performance reporting requirements for student management systems as required and develop and implement a reporting framework. Produce routine and customised reports and analysis, using a range of presentation tools and formats, to facilitate informed decision making for a range of purposes and audiences, including executive level, relating to operations and performance such as program review and improvement. Establish and maintain business operations data sets, service targets and benchmarks to assist with ongoing performance measurement and other activities including compliance, services improvement and corporate reporting. Maintain relationships with key corporate governance and business stakeholders, including Governance, Legal and Risk, Strategy and Policy, Finance and Procurement, to identify broader regulatory and organisational data and reporting requirements. Provide advice on, develop and apply innovative methods to gain data, analyse, report on and assist measure, track and evaluate a range of operations and specific purpose activities including business cases, project proposals, asset maintenance performance, job completions, workflow efficiencies, benefits realisation and customer service metrics and measurement. Develop, select and apply appropriate techniques to measure the efficiency of student operations applications to help ensure maximum utilisation of human, financial and material resources, and effectiveness of work processes. Maintain, analyse and track issues and risk management logs as required, coordinate updates on actions and resolutions, provide regular reporting and recommendations to contribute to service improvement strategies. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. Experience providing a range of property and logistics, facilities management or maintenance analytics and reporting to support performance measurement and operational improvement. Experience using a range of formats, tools and systems to present data, reports and commentary that add value and are targeted to user needs.
