Warehouse Manager TRS Resourcing is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager for our 3PL client in Ingleburn, NSW. This permanent full-time role operates on a day shift, Monday to Friday, offering a salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 Super. Reporting to the state manager, you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Key Responsibilities: Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies Required Skills: Strong attention to detail Ability to manage up to 20 people Previous WMS experience required Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confidence in decision-making Familiarity with Workplace Health and Safety practices Previous experience in a managerial position and in the logistics industry TRS Resourcing is committed to achieving a diverse workforce in Australia.
