The Opportunity As a NetSuite Principal, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing end-to-end solution delivery across multiple projects. You’ll act as a senior advisor to clients, a mentor to internal teams, and a key contributor to the firm’s growth strategy. Whether it’s scoping complex transformations, refining delivery methodologies, or building long-term client partnerships — you’ll be at the centre of it all. Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of NetSuite projects from discovery through go-live and post-implementation. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing deep ERP expertise and business insight. Oversee project teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance across both functional and technical streams. Contribute to presales efforts including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations. Work closely with internal leadership to shape practice development, delivery frameworks, and service offerings. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. What You’ll Bring Significant consulting experience in the NetSuite ecosystem, with a strong track record in end-to-end ERP implementations. Deep understanding of NetSuite modules across Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and Integrations. Ability to translate business problems into scalable system solutions. Strong leadership skills, including experience managing cross-functional delivery teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — both internally and externally.
