Customer Insights Manager required to lead a team of Analysts in providing outcome-focused insights to business leaders for a well-known bank Responsibilities: leading a team of Analysts in analysing relevant data around Customer Resolution, and building insightful reporting solutions defining and implementing a data analytics and reporting strategy which ensures provision of relevant and actionable reports engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights and recommendations which align with strategic goals providing support and training to Analysts as the team employs new toosl and technologies Requirements: extensive data analysis and advanced analytics background strong coding skills using SQL and, ideally, Python excellent dashboard development skills, with experience using Tableau and/or Power BI proven team and technical leadership experience strong background delivering outcome-focused insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders solid background working in the banking or financial services industry If you have the required skills and experience, click on the 'Apply' button or call Sabina Ahuja on 0422015623
