This Industry leader offers an empowering an innovative company culture. We have (12-Month Contract) Project Manager – Transit Governance role. This is targeting a Telco Project Manager highly experienced in deployment activities in telecommunications technology including Civil Design and Construct, High Volume Capability Rollouts and Implementation of deployment strategies for new technologies. You will interface and work closely with inflight project leads, as well as functional leads to establish ongoing governance and controls aligned with best practice and are consistent across all programs. The role has exposure across all the Network Capacity & Performance programs (existing and emerging) impacting on several parts of the business. Responsibilities : Establish and maintain program reporting and measures across new programs Refine and establish best practice approach to reporting and measures across existing programs. Refinement of reporting and measures to align with any changing goals / requirements. This includes; Progress reporting, Leading/lagging metrics, Risk reporting, financial reporting etc Ensuring full E2E view of all dependencies and milestones. Reviewing and refining existing governance practices to drive best practice and consistency across new and existing programs. Develop broader reporting and structure to capture cross NCP functions and requirements, to ensure broader linkage and storyboard outlining program deliverables along with business and planning requirements, functional group needs, and network performance. Build reporting, metrics, Leading/lagging indicators, financial monitoring. Essential Skills & Experience Required : PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner 5 -10 years Experience in deployment activities in Telecommunications Technology Experience in Civil Design and Construct, Experience in High Volume Capability Rollouts and implementation of deployment strategies for new technologies. 5 years previous full lifecycle project management experience on a related large and complex project/program of work with a preference in the telecommunications industry &/or HFC Technology Strong experience in project / program reporting Excellent Stakeholder Management & Communication skills Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to drive outcomes whilst managing a complex program in a changing environment. Ability to balance often changing priorities Planning and organising skills - Methodical and analytical approach to complex problems that may require multiple parties to resolve Strong understanding of installation methodologies and practises within a telecommunications environment. Results driven.
