About the Role: An exciting leadership opportunity for a qualified and experienced professional to oversee family and relationship services across the Western NSW region. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused programs for families, children, and individuals. Some Travel may be required in the Western Region. Key Responsibilities: Team Management experience in either Child, Youth, Family Mental Health Services. We can tailor your program to your experience and our services Provide clinical supervision and leadership to a diverse team. Oversee service delivery and ensure programs meet client needs, clinical outcomes, and KPIs. Drive team development, staff engagement, and collaborative practices. Build community partnerships and represent the organisation in local networks. Promote culturally safe practices and support reconciliation efforts. About You: Degree-qualified in social work, psychology, counselling or related field. Proven leadership experience in family services or therapeutic settings. Strong clinical skills and experience supervising multidisciplinary teams. understanding of child development, family services, trauma, and family violence. Skilled in team management, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement. Experience working with families in high-conflict, separation, or child contact service contexts is highly desirable.
