The Role We are looking for Lifestyle Officer on a part-time or casual basis , who is passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our wonderful facility in Harden. The primary purpose of a Lifestyle Officer is to support residents to live well through the provision of spiritual care, including pastoral, emotional, and psychological support. What you will do The Lifestyle Officer is responsible for: Liaising and working collaboratively with the Care Team and volunteers to provide holistic care aligned to individual needs of our residents Social support assessments and developing care plans Delivering care services to individuals based on their care plan Nurturing residents hobbies and interests Manage Leisure and lifestyle activities Conduct group activities that address mental, physical, spiritual, psychological and emotional needs.
