Job Description We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Spice Central Kitchen & Bar. Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role supports the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior chefs, managing prep and service, and contributing to menu development and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Oversee food preparation and service to ensure quality and consistency. Support and mentor junior kitchen team members. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment care, and food safety standards. Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage. Contribute to menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings. Ensure compliance with HACCP, WHS, and Accor brand standards.
