Job Description Job Description Our AAA ActionPacked Graduate Program provides you with a well-rounded knowledge base that sets you up for success, while providing several layers of built-in supervision. You will Build your capability across many areas of OT, including assistive tech, home mods, paediatrics, SIL/SDA/ILO and mental health. Assess participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities From a paediatric play-based session to help a child develop motor skills, to assessing & making recommendations on potential modifications to the environment through assistive tech or home mods to improve accessibility; the work of an OT is varied. You will… Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL’s and IADL’s Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals. Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's. Our clinicians advocate strongly for our participants so that they can get the support they need, when they need it! About You We are seeking a person who has: Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist (Or will obtain by Aug 2025) A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team A desire to make a real difference within the community Experience within paediatrics We are looking for people who authentically want to improve the lives of people living with a disability.
