Loved by customers in 55 countries, IntelligenceBank has operations in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K. As RevOps Lead, you'll be a trusted advisor and main point of contact for all things RevOps, fostering a culture of operational excellence. Here's a snapshot of your core responsibilities day to day: Own and manage GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Account Engagement, Sales Engagement, PandaDoc, conversation intelligence software and more. Help define and track KPIs across the customer lifecycle to improve decision-making Own funnel metrics and revenue attribution from lead to renewal Scale our GTM teams by delivering on-demand analytics and situational intelligence across the company. On-demand deeper reporting as needed Data hygiene and enrichment: Ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data for GTM teams. Evaluate, implement and optimize revenue technology tools to ensure scalability and interoperability Corporate and departmental reporting: Deliver reliable data and dashboards to support decision-making and forecasting across the company. Collaborate with GTM teams: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to execute key operational initiatives, such as: Work alongside Finance to provide accurate corporate reporting and data-driven insights for strategic initiatives. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations. Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, analyse large datasets and surface actionable insights Champion change management across the GTM team to support process improvements Trend and conversion analysis
