Job Description Are you a Sales Enablement Specialist/Partner Enablement Specialist with deep experience working within a complex multi-tiered channel? If so we want to hear from you. You will develop the best enablement programs that engage our partners and equip them to successfully position and sell both our on premise and cloud based products. Reporting to the Sales and Tech Enablement Lead, this is a full-time hybrid role, based in our Melbourne office 3 days per week. Some of the things you'll do You will help create the sales enablement strategy, the creation of reseller strategies and success metrics. You will work with the Partner enablement team to help identify gaps in our resources and training, and then develop these resources. You'll work with other teams such as Engineering and Tech Services to ensure all training and documentation has the required level of technical sales knowledge. You will lead the creation and updating of our sales tools and content, including working with partners to refine this content. A little about you You have experience working in a sales enablement focussed role within a complex sales channel. You can design and deliver a compelling sales enablement strategy that excites a channel. You have designed and delivered complex technical based training to non-technical audiences. You ideally have experience working in a technical or software company with a cloud based product.
