Aria Hotel Group Pty Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Full-time Hotel Service Manager to join our team. Salary Range – $75,000 - $80,000 Business Location – Golden Point, VIC 3350 Responsibilities Organises and controls daily operations of a hotel or motel. Supervises front office, housekeeping, and guest services. Ensures smooth check-in/check-out and handles guest complaints. Maintains cleanliness, safety, and service standards. Recruits, trains, and supervises staff. Prepares rosters and monitors staff performance. Assists with budgeting, cost control, and record keeping. Promotes hotel services and improves occupancy. Enforces policies and ensures compliance with regulations. Skills and Qualifications Hold a diploma or higher qualification in Hotel/Hospitality Management or related field. Prior Experience as a Hotel Service Manager Strong leadership and team supervision Excellent communication and customer service Problem-solving and conflict resolution Time management and multitasking Financial understanding and attention to detail Proficiency in hotel booking and property systems Please include a current resume and supporting documents to your application.
