Service Overview Clarity Health Care is an accredited mental health service delivering a multidisciplinary, responsive program offering care to people with any form of mental health concern or mental illness. Our mental health programs offer psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers and registered nurses. More important than discipline, is the individual skill of the senior mental health clinicians we employ. Evidence-based care is delivered through outreach services, clinic-based appointments, telehealth and group programs, based on clinical reasoning and need. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and databases Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Generate basic reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed Work closely with other team members to support operational needs About you Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in Halaxy (desirable) Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Think this sounds like the perfect fit?
