About the role In this strategic and hands on leadership role, you will manage, mentor and grow the property management department while continuing to oversee your own small portfolio. You will work closely with the Director to drive performance and operational excellence. Duties • Oversee daily operations of the PM department • Manage and support property managers and admin staff • Implement and update policies and procedures • Drive new business opportunities and client retention • Maintain your own high performing portfolio Skills & experience • Previous experience in property management leadership desirable • Current SA Property Manager Registration • Solid legislative knowledge and best practice mindset • Strong people management and team development skills • Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships Culture People enjoy working here because of the supportive leadership, low staff turnover, and collaborative team environment.
