The Employer: Our clients seek a dedicated Senior Station Hand to assist on their large family-owned properties based in the Central West of NSW. With three expansive stations covering 130,000 acres, they focus on sheep and goat operations, including cropping 800 hectares, managing 6000 Dorpers breeding ewes, 5000 feral goats, and a small cattle herd. Currently, the team consists of three full-time staff members. The Role: We seek a capable, self-motivated individual to assist with all station operations. This will include both livestock and machinery duties, mustering with quad bikes and ATVs, yard work, and general animal husbandry tasks. You will also be responsible for operating various machinery, including graders, loaders, tractors, and rigid trucks. The ideal candidate will be honest and a strong communicator, capable of working effectively in a team or independently. They should be self-motivated and possess a passion for livestock and agricultural operations.
