The Role: Take end to end ownership of all eCommerce trading, CRO strategy development, web optimisation & digital merchandising across a portfolio of household-name Beauty, Skincare & Make-Up brands. Working directly alongside one of the best Digital teams in the industry, learning from the very best & working cross-functionally across an incredible Marketing, Brand, Creative & Merchandise functions, to drive & deliver a best-in-class, omnichannel customer experience.
