This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $75,000 to $80,000 per year. About Us: At Relish Food Co., we pride ourselves on producing high-quality food dictated by our twice-weekly visits to the fruit and vegetable markets. Our reputation for high-protein salads and our daily "green is best" menu is our forte. Everything is prepared and baked in-house, and we prioritize sourcing our produce from local growers in the Sydney region. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional food for our corporate clients and film shoots. Position: Chef Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with a focus on fresh produce from the growers markets. Maintain excellent knife skills and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Contribute to our daily menu, emphasizing high-protein salads and "green is best" offerings. Support catering operations for corporate clients and film shoots. Uphold our commitment to using the freshest ingredients and producing everything in-house. Requirements: Chef qualification. Minimum of three years' experience as a Chef, with at least two years in catering. Experience working in a kitchen with excellent knife skills and the ability to work quickly. Availability to work Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with occasional weekends. Ability to work within a team that values quality and fresh produce.
