We're seeking someone proactive, professional, and organised—someone who loves being the go-to person and enjoys making an office run smoothly. To be successful you'll have the following: 2 years of office/administration management experience Experience within the construction industry is highly regarded Exceptional time management, attention to detail and communication skills Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Suite Someone who takes pride in their work and environment What you'll be doing: Supporting the CEO & Directors with admin, travel bookings and meeting preparation Managing the day-to-day running of the office: from reception to supplier liaison Coordinating onboarding, HR checklists and maintaining compliance registers Booking staff travel and accommodation (including managing pool cars and regional leasing) Assisting with marketing, charity events and external communications Maintaining office presentation, stationery and kitchen amenities Working closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth operations If you're someone who thrives in a structured yet people-focused environment, and you're looking to step into a long-term role with impact, we’d love to hear from you.
