As a rapidly growing firm focused on strategic impact, they seek a driven Client Partner to take the reins in Melbourne. This high-autonomy role is critical to leading and nurturing key client relationships, driving significant commercial expansion within existing accounts, and building the foundational Melbourne team . You will step in to address a core leadership bottleneck, enabling the business's next phase of growth. What you’ll be doing: Lead commercial engagement and deepen relationships across a portfolio of high-profile enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and long-term retention. Drive profitable growth by identifying and converting expansion opportunities predominantly within existing accounts (20% on new business). Act as the senior strategic advisor and lead the sales process for new initiatives, framing project scopes, defining commercial terms, and securing agreements. Oversee overall delivery quality and client outcomes, collaborating seamlessly with Practice Leads and internal teams within a matrix structure. Represent and grow our client's Melbourne presence, with autonomy to establish and nurture the local team and culture. What you'll bring to the team: Significant leadership experience in MarTech consulting, agency, or senior in-house strategy roles with enterprise clients. A compelling track record of driving commercial growth and expanding client relationships , including leading sales processes, proposal writing, scoping, and account expansion. Deep expertise in marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), and the broader MarTech ecosystem. Proven ability to act as a pragmatic, trusted advisor who can conceptualise solutions, resolve complex business challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes (ROI). Experience operating with high autonomy in lean, agile environments, with the ambition to build and lead new functions/teams.
