Job Description We work across Retail, Health, Education, Defence, Technology and Commercial. Assistant / Cost Manager provide support to Senior Cost Manager across all aspects of projects including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claim and variation assessment, final account close-out. Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan report. Measurement of all building elements for cost plan. Engage with market to obtain quotations / pricing to support cost estimate. Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.
