Job Description COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW HOW YOU CARE … From check-in to “see you again,” our Front Office team will ensure guests are happy from their first moment till their last. As the Night Manager, you are someone who can rock the night away and reimagine how guest service looks for those who don’t hit the hay before midnight. Night audit is a given and we need to get that right, but there’s more to it. What does your workday look like … Come as you are and always have fun with our people every day; Take care of resource planning, manage the team, and support the teams development in collaboration with the Rooms Division Manager; Make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception, and that the admin processes for the team run perfectly; Keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan; Even when you’re at the reception late at night, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic; Make sure that the cash register accounts are done and the day’s receipts are checked before everybody wakes up again; Be available through the night as a contact person for all our guests’ needs; Make regular safety inspection tours to make sure no-one gets lost in the building and everything’s peaceful and safe.
