Initial 2-month contract $700 per day, with strong potential for extension You will be joining an-flight public sector project Fully remote role based in Australia, full working rights required Role: As a Salesforce Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, performance, and reliability of Salesforce solutions within complex public sector environments. You will work closely with cross-functional squads-including architects, developers, and business analysts-to validate functionality, minimise risk, and uphold delivery standards in an agile setting. Define and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases across Salesforce clouds Participate in sprint planning, user story reviews, and backlog grooming to ensure clear and testable requirements. Perform thorough exploratory, functional, and regression testing to ensure the reliability, usability, and performance of software applications. Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage for both new and existing features Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure high-quality delivery. Work closely with stakeholders to validate user journeys, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. You will have: 3 years of Salesforce QA/Test Analyst experience, ideally on public sector projects Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms and release management processes Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g. Zephyr, TestRail) and agile collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines is highly regarded
