Duties: Provide executive support to the Business Development Manager Wide and varied role including general office and reception duties to property inspections and arranging maintenance Client liaison, ensuring an efficient, professional and friendly approach with all client interactions Attending to email/phone/face to face enquiries Compiling industry data and preparing client reports and inspections Requirements: Ability to obtain a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (mandatory online course to be completed before starting). Victorian Drivers Licence is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a healthy work ethic Positive attitude and excellent customer service Experience in real estate preferred but not required Someone who is willing to go above and beyond to build their career and make a name for themselves i n the industry Supports business growth by assisting with client relations, market research, lead generation, and admin tasks in a real estate setting.
