About the role Day to day duties will include: Provide accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations Negotiate rates and costs with preferred and non-standard suppliers, sub-contractors and trades Produce accurate documentation within budgeted time lines Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services Preparing accurate BOQ's Excellent customer service skills, working with supervisors, suppliers, trades people, contractors Maintaining trade and supplier relationships What You Need Minimum 3 years experience working as an Estimator with a residential builder Prior experience using estimating and construction management programs - Databuild experience will be highly favourable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of construction methodologies, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications The Benefits Flexible working hours Work across a portfolio of high-end, architectural projects Strong pipeline of work for 2025 - 2026 and beyond On site staff parking provided $100k Super pending experience In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
