Your Role: You will be working on a variety of high-end residential projects, both in the workshop and occasionally on-site, creating unique cabinetry and joinery pieces that meet exact client specifications. This is a hands-on role where craftsmanship is key - no flatpack assembly here. ✅ What You'll Be Doing: Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and shop plans Cutting, assembling, and finishing bespoke cabinetry and joinery items Operating standard woodworking machinery and hand tools Collaborating with designers, builders, and other team members Performing quality checks to ensure all work meets high standards Occasionally assisting with installs on-site as needed ♂️ What We're Looking For: Fully qualified Cabinet Maker (Cert III in Cabinet Making or equivalent) Minimum 3-5 years experience in custom joinery Ability to read detailed shop drawings Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and hardware High attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player Own tools and valid driver's licence preferred What We Offer: Full-time secure employment with overtime opportunities A supportive and professional team environment Varied and rewarding custom projects - no two days are the same Workshop based in [insert suburb], with some site work as required Competitive pay based on experience and skill level In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
