Their Melbourne presence is rapidly expanding, and they’re now seeking a driven Projects & Client Engagement Manager to help take their operations to the next level. About the Role Based in Richmond, this hands-on role will see you managing Victorian projects, engaging with clients, and ensuring the showroom continues to impress. You’ll oversee project delivery, strengthen relationships with architects, builders, and developers, and play a pivotal role in growing the Victorian market. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from conception through to completion – timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Oversee daily showroom operations, including hosting client meetings and showcasing products. Collaborate with interstate teams on logistics, sales support, and project updates. Coordinate procurement to ensure seamless project execution. Identify and pursue opportunities to grow market share across Victoria. Support sales activity through showroom engagement and project wins. About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, architecture, design, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Architecture, Design, or similar). Genuine passion for sustainable building and design. Exceptional communication, organisational, and client relationship skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in sales or client engagement will be highly regarded.
