What you will do Lead, guide and mentor your fellow Nursery Educators to deliver high-quality educational and care experiences. Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF). Build solid relationships with teams, children and families, proactively communicating with families on children's learning goals and development. What you will need A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum) as approved by ACECQA Has at least one year of experience leading a room or 3 years as a Diploma qualified Educator with natural leadership abilities Have a passion for working with babies Passion for positively impacting children's development and mentoring fellow educators The usual documentation Blue Card, First Aid, etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with colleagues, families and the community A solid understanding of contemporary child-safe practices, regulations and early learning frameworks.
