We're looking for Entry Level Customer Support Agents to help take us to the next level. Since 2014, I'm In the Right, has grown rapidly supplying replacement vehicles to not at fault drivers across the country, with claims, legal, maintenance and customer service responsibilities being managed by 100 staff. About the role: Based in North Sydney but will be moving to North Sydney, your responsibilities will include: • Speaking to our customers (outbound and inbound calls) • Provide fast support to customers • Speaking with Insurance Providers regarding claim details • Data entry (collecting customer details and some important info) • Escalating cases to other teams and Team leaders About You We’re looking for people who just understand customer service and that are willing to go the extra mile for our clients. In addition to this, you’ll be a natural relationship builder, clear communicator and be happy to work in a team environment.
