A Momentum Employment Development Specialists Day can include: Business Development, Job Placement & Retention Engaging in business development to increase opportunities for Real Futures and to promote economic development in the Region Building and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing employers, community, stakeholders and aspirants Negotiating and securing guaranteed employment positions for Aspirants from a range of employers Identifying job roles and requirements for guaranteed employment positions Compiling and forwarding information for Eligibility checks prior to placing aspirant into employment Assisting and preparing aspirant with non-vocational support and skills to commence and maintain suitable employment Providing mentoring and support to employers and aspirants Promoting gender equity in workplaces and training facilities Facilitating site visits of aspirants commencing employment Preparing Good News Stories for Management, reporting and promotional purposes Please note this is a Max Term position until the 31-1-2026 This role will require travel across the coast and overnight stays.
