Key areas of responsibility: Providing solutions to our clients, taking the order, and communicating any relevant follow-up information Over the phone, electronic or face to face contact with our clients Managing client files and updating CRM Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Dispute resolution as required Focus on ‘First call resolution’ Provide excellence in end-to-end service delivery Providing administrative supports throughout our business We are looking for someone who can tick the following boxes: Customer service experience Self-motivated Highly organised and able to multi-task Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc) Experience in the healthcare industry (including NDIS) will be highly regarded Good understanding of Medical Consumables (Continence, Nutrition, Wound Care etc) Amazing phone manner Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Great time management skills and driven to meet deadlines Great eye for detail Well developed dispute resolution skills Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude What we are offering: Great company culture Competitive salary Friendly team environment
