We're seeking individuals committed to delivering high-quality anthropological advice and representation on matters that truly make a difference to traditional Aboriginal owners (TAOs), Native Title Holders (NTHs)and their communities. The key duties of the position include Our Anthropologist positions are responsible for providing anthropological advice in relation to the implementation of the Aboriginal Land Rights (NT) Act 1976 (Cth) (ALRA) and the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) (NTA). The primary focus of these positions is to identify, represent and assist traditional Aboriginal owners (TAOs) and Native Title Holders (NTHs) in matters arising from the acquisition, use, occupation and management of their land under ALRA and the NTA. Assigned to a specific practice area, you'll have the chance to collaborate across all teams, working alongside lawyers and other professionals gaining rich and varied experience.
