The key duties of the position include We are seeking talented Workforce Analysts to join our Workforce Analytics team. As a Workforce Analyst, you will use your experience in reporting, data analysis, and human resources to address workforce business needs. You'll use a variety of tools, languages, and systems to research, extract, analyse, and interpret data to support data-driven decisions for the ATO's workforce. You will bring your expertise in one or more areas, such as data management/governance, data curation/wrangling, human resource reporting, data visualisation, or analysis. Strong data storytelling skills are key to this role, enabling you to communicate findings effectively to clients across various formats.
